Pubs - The Orchard

The Orchard is located on opposite the White Bear Pub,
on Ickenham Road / Sharps Lane. It is only a couple of minutes walk from the High Street.
It opened as the Orchard Bungalow when the Metropolitan Railway arrived at Ruislip, and catered for the day-trippers from London. From 1933 to 1971 it was a top class restaurant, run by Ansells. Currently it is a Beefeater Steak House. |
